SalesWarp EMERGING gives you all the tools to start automating your eCommerce operations. The main differences between SalesWarp EMERGING and SalesWarp SMALL is that with SalesWarp SMALL, you get the ability to manage kits and serialized products, quote orders, automated purchasing, and light warehouse management features. What level of support will I receive?

SalesWarp uses the Zendesk ticket system for users to submit bugs, questions, and feedback. Your SalesWarp Client Success Manager (CSM) will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during standard support hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST. For critical issues, a direct phone number to customer support will be provided.

How long is the on-boarding process?

Upon becoming a SalesWarp client, you will have instant access to your system. We find most clients are ready to use SalesWarp with a live store within 1 week.

What is included with training?

Your SalesWarp Client Success Manager will schedule live, one-hour online training sessions with you and your team that will cover importing your products and inventory, setting up your stores, creating orders, configuration settings, and the day-to-day management of your operations. Our Client Success Team will not only help you through the on-boarding process, but also strategize and consult with you to improve operations.
