Baltimore area executive to leverage experience in finance, M&A and software to deliver growth and value to retail software solutions provider.

BALTIMORE, MD – SALESWARP, a leading provider of omnichannel commerce management software, to the SMB and Enterprise retail market, announced today that Henry Sage has joined the company’s leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Henry is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of finance, deal management and corporate development experience in the enterprise software space. In his new role, he will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Henry was most recently CFO and General Manager of Operations at eBizNET Solutions, a provider of warehouse management software. In this role, he led the acquisition and integration of eBizNet by NetSuite. Previously, he held senior investment banking positions with FBR Capital Markets and Signal Hill Capital Markets, where he advised enterprise software companies on raising capital and M&A transactions.

For SalesWarp, Henry’s recent hiring caps an exciting growth period for the company. The company recently completed its Series A capital raise in June and has sustained strong year-over-year revenue growth for its Enterprise software products. SalesWarp expects to continue this momentum as it launches its cloud-based SaaS product to serve a broader SMB market. Retailers will now be able to automate critical operations, manage orders and real time inventory more efficiently across all sales channels; enabling them to rapidly accelerate sales growth.

Henry earned his MBA from the University of California at Berkeley while getting his undergrad at Georgetown University. He gives back through mentoring early stage companies in Maryland through TEDCO’s MERL program.
