Retailer Q&A’s will reveal unique perspective on retail operations

Yesterday, we published our first Q&A with Merchandising and Production Manager, Jill Kerr from luxury jewelry retailer, Kendra Scott. SalesWarp will be conducting interviews with a variety of retailers on a variety of topics depending on the person’s role at the retail company. Most of these retailers will be selling on a number of sales channels, either eCommerce, offline retail locations, wholesale, or all three! Q&A’s will reveal a unique perspective on the real-life operations of the retailer, as well as the pain points that are encountered when managing multiple stores. We hope that the Q&As will be relatable to other multi-channel retailers and will help us identify for those retailers how SalesWarp can address those challenges and streamline their day-to-day operations.
